Manage every store’s channels and integrations from one central hub

Managing multiple stores just got easier!

With this release, you’ll find a new centralized Store Management page under Settings > Account. From here, you can:

Quickly view all stores connected to your Gorgias account. Each store includes:

  • Store name

  • Store URL

  • Number of connected channels

Click into any store to find the General tab, with details like:

  • Connected platform (Shopify, Magento, etc.)

  • Installation status and setup info

This is the same data as before—just now easier to find and manage.

Head to the Channels tab to see your omnichannel setup per store:

  • View all assigned support channels (Email, Chat, Help Center, SMS, WhatsApp, TikTok Shop, etc.)

  • Click a channel type to open a side panel with assignment details

  • Add or remove channels via a dropdown and delete button

What else is coming?

This release is the first step in transforming how multi-store brands manage their support setup. You can now easily view which channels are connected to each store and assign them directly — all from a single, streamlined interface that brings clarity and control to your configuration.

Coming later this year, we’ll build on this foundation with powerful improvements like:

  • Setting business hours per store

  • Creating store-specific rules, macros, and reporting filters

  • Defining default email addresses for each store

These updates will make store-specific configuration, reporting, and automation far more intuitive—without the need for tags or workarounds.
