Have you ever wondered “How this rule works?” or “What is this autoresponder doing?”
For tickets where an autoresponder would’ve triggered if it was activated, we will suggest it to you so that you see it in action 🔥
The best part: You can apply the suggestion to the ticket and send the answer, saving a good amount of time!
If you have an admin or lead agent role, you can also click on the Install button to have it added to your account. This way, all similar tickets will be fully automated moving forward!
Note: This feature is only available to Automation Add-On subscribers.
