We recently improved the experience of sending single messages in Facebook Messenger tickets!

You can now:

  • Add inline images to your Facebook Messenger replies

    using the button in the reply area or by pasting images from clipboard

  • Add attachment(s) in the same message without being necessary to send one with text and one with attachments

  • Use macros that have inline images and/or Add attachments action

  • Create auto-reply rules:

  • When messages are split, in helpdesk you see them as being sent from the same user instead of Gorgias bot
