The HTTP integration is one most important developer features of Gorgias. They can be super useful if you want to do custom integrations (Ex: Zapier/Segment/etc…). If you are not familiar with HTTP integrations you can read more about them here.

We existed to release a couple of updates regarding them:

• New trigger Ticket message created event - which (if selected) will send a request to your HTTP URL every time there is a new message in the ticket.
• Ability to send the entire JSON payload of the ticket/message - without resorting to complicated templates - they are still possible, but you can choose between them.
