We’ve built a simple integration with Google Analytics to deliver tracking of your help center views & clicks. You can use your own Google Universal Analytics ID or Google Analytics 4 ID directly within your help center without adding any scripts. 

By default, we are going to help you track:

• Page views, including all the categories, articles, etc.

• Links that might be clicked and that are not landing on your help center (also called "outbound links")

• Social media links we might detect

• Email or phone links you might have added to your help center
