If you’re like most of our users, you spend a lot of your day in Gorgias — answering questions, jumping between tickets, and adjusting your settings. We know each extra click adds up quickly. That’s why we’ve moved our global navigation out of the dropdown and into a sleek new sidebar.

Use these buttons to pull up Home, Search, Notifications, Tickets, AI Agent, etc:

Simultaneously, we introduced the option to expand or collapse the left-hand sidebar as you like. This sidebar is where you can navigate between different Views in the Tickets section, for example. Expand for quick navigation, and collapse to focus on one task at a time.
