👋 Hi all! Following-up after the release of the Contact Us page, you can now embed the contact form directly in your very own website!

Go to your help center settings page, click on the Contact tab, under Email you will now see a new section Embed contact form that lets you get an HTML code snippet publish.

With a simple action in of copy pasting the code snippet, you will be able to surface the contact form wherever you like in your website.

Moving forward, we’ll be building many more improvements to our contact form including automation features! Using Gorgias’ contact form will allow you to provide answers to customers right away and limit the number of incoming tickets down the road.
