Dynamic Call Flows replaces our previous phone routing system with a visual editor that lets you map out exactly how a customer call will be handled in our system. Whether you need simple call forwarding or complex multi-tier IVR menus, you now have the flexibility to build the perfect solution for your team.

Getting Started

Dynamic Call Flows is being rolled out today for all customers with the Voice add-on. To start building your custom call flows:

  1. Navigate to SettingsChannelsVoice

  2. Select your Voice integration

  3. Click the Call Flow tab to open the visual editor

  4. Start editing by adding nodes and configuring your ideal call experience
