Create a ticket starting with an outbound call

Need to call your warehouse or brick-and-mortar store? We hear you!
We’ve just made some huge improvements to our phone integration. Now, you simply can type in a number and initiate an outbound call directly from a ticket.
You can call any number, regardless of whether it’s associated with an existing customer, by following these steps:
Click the green Create ticket
button to create a new ticketClick the channel icon on the top left of the text input to open the channel dropdown
Select Make outbound call
Select Search a customer…
Type in your customer’s phone number (with the country code)
Click the enter key to confirm the number
Click the Call button to initiate the call
