Great news! You can now customize your Chat in two new ways:

• 🖼️ Choose between your logo (new!) or a text title in your Chat header

• 🎨 Choose between solid (new!) and gradient colors for the Chat background

You spoke, we listened. We’re eager for customer feedback of all kinds, and thrilled to give you more ways to seamlessly blend your Chat with your brand.

Heads up: As a part of this update, we made some very small tweaks to the Chat based on feedback and usability testing. A few pixels here, slightly smaller text there. A few quality-of-life changes to make the Chat the best experience for your customers possible.

Account Admins can apply these customization options in the Chat settings (Settings > Chat > select the Chat > Appearance).
