AI Agent now helps resolve even more customer inquiries on its own. At the end of a Flow, if your customers indicate that they need more help, AI Agent will continue the conversation, answering follow-up questions based on available information.

How it works?

  • If a shopper interacts with a Flow via Chat, Help Center, or Contact Form and still needs help, AI Agent will try to answer their question. For example:

    • A shopper selects "Where can I access your size guide?" Flow

    • The Flow provides an automated response

    • If the shopper still needs help and asks questions about the product or shipping details, AI Agent will attempt to answer them

  • AI Agent will escalate the conversation to your team in the following cases:

    • It does not have the knowledge to provide a response

    • A shopper explicitly asks for a human agent or their tone suggests frustration
