Multi-step Actions: AI Agent can now complete an Action across multiple apps simultaneously. For example, if a customer needs to cancel an order, AI Agent can take care of it in Shopify and your 3PL system in minutes!
New use case template library: Setting up an Action just got easier. Simply select the task you want AI Agent to resolve and the apps where you want it to act. The pre-built templates simplify setup, while Custom Actions let you create tailored customer experiences.
