We’re excited to announce we’ve released x12 new AI Agent Actions to help you provide instant resolutions and avoid a backlog of tickets this holiday season 🎉

Our AI Agent Action catalog now contains 19 Actions (and growing) to help you resolve customer queries that require you to make changes in 3rd party apps:

🤩 New Actions for AI Agent

Get additional order status info from 3PL software (in addition to Shopify) to help answer order status questions:

  • Get order info from ShipMonk

  • Get order info from ShipBob

  • Get order info from ShipStation

Offer more Shopify Actions to edit and reship orders:

  • Editing orders before they go out for shipment:

    • Remove item from an order (e.g. shopper order x3 items and now wants x2)

    • Replace item from an order (e.g. change color or size)

  • Reship an order for free (e.g. item gets lost in transit or arrives damaged)
